How much storage do I get?

We give a soft limit of 5GB of Storage per GB of RAM you order with us, you’re always welcome to make a ticket to request a storage upgrade and our team will check your servers and if we deem the storage to be needed, we may upgrade you. Please do note that we maintain a hard limit of 10GB of storage per GB of RAM that you have allocated on your Minecraft Server.

How do I get the "Customer" role in Discord?

The customer role can be gained by heading to our Discord Server and creating a ticket where you state your username and tag. This would be @codeyfr for example, and it's important that you don't change those until you've got the customer role, so that we can find you.
